I’ve found that if we create a shortcut to a file or folder inside windows11 (or may be any other windows versions also), and want to move that shortcut to inside Start menu or its any of subfolders, we can’t drag and drop that shortcut there, but we can cut/copy and Paste the same. Peculiar but true, as is shown by me in the below given video:
