All sensations are automatic we can’t change them at all but all we are doing is just Merry go round.

I don’t agree @Rahul_Thukral ji,
I think there is some part, which is automatic (genes based).
Though all this is too complex to be explained in a few sentence by a girl like me.
But there is some part, which is based on our courage and will power and strength. And strength, will power, and strength are not entirely genes dependent. They are also dependent on your raising and your environment and determination.
